Q: Can I bring my own garments?
Customers are more than welcome to bring their own garments but we encourage the use of items from our suppliers. This is simply because we have used these garments before and are familiar with how they react with the various printing processes we offer. If you do choose to bring your own garments they need to be brand new (i.e. not previously worn or washed) however please note that all care is taken but no responsibility accepted.
Q: What is your lead time?
Lead time is typically 5-7 days, depending on stock availability, once the artwork has been accepted and signed off. Faster turnaround may be possible, if your deadline is less than 5-7 days then please call to discuss further.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
No we don’t have a minimum order but it’s always worth considering that the larger the quantity the lower the individual unit price gets.
Q: What are your payment terms?
For first time customers we require cash on delivery.
For repeat customers we offer net 7 days.
For larger orders a deposit of 50% upfront is required.
Q: How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us and we’ll be able to give you a quote straight away. If you have a tight deadline we recommend calling rather emailing us.
Q: Do you print on any size garment?
Yes we do print on all sizes of garments.
Q: Can you print on dark fabric?
Yes we can print onto dark fabric. With screen printing a white under base may be required which is charged as an extra colour in the print run.
Q: Can you prepare my artwork ready for printing?
Yes we are more than happy to do this for you but charge $60.00/hour for this service. It usually only takes an hour or less but for very complex designs it may take longer.
Q: What is the largest area you can screen print?
Typically 400x500mm for clothing but we can accommodate larger sizes.
